Research On The Optimization Of The Performance Appraisal Program Of ZZ Rural Commercial Bank

At present,the downward pressure on the domestic economy is increasing,the economic and financial situation is grim and complex,and financial institutions are facing the impact of times change and financial technology,which has also brought huge challenges to the talent development of major commercial Banks.ZZ rural commercial bank,as a local financial institution serving agriculture,rural areas and small and micro businesses,has always been committed to the strategic supporting of agriculture,supporting small and micro businesses to make great contributions to the development of local economy.However,with increasingly diversified rural financial market main body,market competition intensifying,ZZ bank of agribusiness management also has many hidden dangers and problems.Thus,the performance management is an important part of human resource management for ZZ rural commercial bank.In order to further improve the bank's core competitiveness,ZZ rural commercial Banks have been exploring a new way.However,to date,its management system still exists problems,such as: unreasonable performance evaluation indicators,performance evaluation,communication feedback mechanism,the low formalization of appraisal satisfaction and evaluation.Therefore,it is of urgent practical significance to optimize the design scheme of ZZ rural commercial bank's performance appraisal system and establish a set of performance management system that conforms to the development characteristics of ZZ rural commercial bank and is scientific and instructive.ZZ rural commercial bank is currently in a special period of strategic transformation and development,as a result,its operation and performance appraisal status still need improvements.Therefore,this paper focus on ZZ rural commercial bank,imploring a variety of strategies including questionnaire survey,analysis of ZZ rural commercial problem.According to the existing problems,with the help of Balanced Scorecard,KPI,Delphi method and other relevant methods,the performance appraisal scheme of ZZ rural commercial bank is optimized and designed,and the appraisal index and weight are defined.Additionally,we also study the supporting measures of performance appraisal scheme to ensure the operability and effectiveness of scheme optimization design.With these efforts,we aim to promote the operation and development of ZZ rural commercial bank and realize its strategic objectives,and futher provide some reference for the transformation and development of the same type of local small and medium-sized financial institutions.
