With the rapid development of information technology,the information technology has made great progress and progress in China.Based on the mature application of the "Internet plus" information system,people’s lives are increasingly affecting.As a government department,on the one hand,we actively promote the reform of administrative examination and approval matters,and through the construction of the Internet plus government information system,we can greatly improve the efficiency.However,the effective supervision of market participants’ market behavior still relies on the traditional personnel to view the field supervision mode,which is contrary to the modern management mode.Therefore,the construction of the Internet plus supervision information system will have a positive significance for improving the level of market supervision.The construction of the Internet plus supervision information system is a relatively new project.It has the common characteristics of long construction cycle,large investment and high safety factor,and the traditional Internet plus government project.It also involves multi system collaboration and data sharing,which virtually increases the risk of the project implementation process.For government departments,there has been a shortage in the field of project management,lack of talents in information system management.Therefore,how to carry out risk management in the process of project implementation,to ensure the smooth implementation of the project,is particularly important for the government departmentsIn this paper,brainstorming,literature analysis and analytic hierarchy process are adopted.Based on the project life cycle,through the knowledge of IT project risk management,we explore the risks faced by the informatization system of "Internet + government",and put forward reasonable countermeasures for various risks.Through the control of risk,the smooth implementation of the project is ensured and the project is put on line as scheduled.Intelligent supervision platform system is a typical government information project.Understanding the risk problems in the implementation process is conducive to providing experience for similar projects in the future,and improving the scientific,professional and systematic risk management of government departments in the construction of information system projects.
