With the development of modern information technology,human production and life are undergoing major changes,and the formation of knowledge has also continuously promoted the development of innovative models.In addition,the emergence of the Internet not only provides a convenient carrier for the transfer and sharing of knowledge,but also makes innovation a thing that more and more people can achieve through hard work.In 2015,the term "Maker" was first proposed in the work report of the two sessions.Under the new normal development of China's economy,"creative space" has gradually become a popular vocabulary and widely recognized by people.However,at the present stage,the research on the problem of "creative space" mostly stays at a shallow level,lacking in-depth,and most scholars focus on the research of the problem of crowd space alone.This article starts from the subject of crowd-creating space and focuses on studying the profit model of crowd-creating space,so this research can broaden the research ideas in this area and provide reference for related research.Company A Maker Space is a Sichuan-based Maker Company certified by the provincial,municipal,and district levels.It is in a leading position in the work of Sichuan Shuangchuang.However,due to certain problems in business development,A Company Maker Space is not profitable.,Or even a loss.Therefore,how to find a new profit model has become the primary problem faced by A company's maker space development.In the research process of this article,the innovation is mainly reflected in the combination of profit model and business model,using the business model canvas to analyze related issues of company A's profit model,breaking the previous single profit model research.In addition,in the process of researching Zhongchuang Space,a specific company is taken as the research object,and the subject of Zhongchuang Space is combined with the company's profit model to conduct research.The overall research is relatively new and has certain cutting-edge and research value.This article takes company A's maker space as the research object,combs the relevant research concepts and theories,based on domestic and foreign research and related theories,studies the profit model of company A's crowd creation space,first analyzes the profit of company A's crowd creation space The status quo and existing problems of the model,then optimized the profit model of the company's Zhongchuang space from the perspective of optimization objectives,optimization solutions and the implementation of the profit model,and finally put forward the development countermeasures and guarantee measures of the company A's Zhongchuang space profit model.Finally,it is concluded that the company A's Zhongchuang space profit model needs to strengthen management and talent construction,be flexible in its own business model to increase market share,and do its own operation cost control to clearly define profit points,and strengthen internal and external on this basis.Guarantee.Therefore,the research in this article can not only provide a theoretical reference for the development of the maker space of company A,but also provide a basis and support for the strategic development of Chinese enterprises.
