The main contents:Chapter1outlines the purpose and significance of this study to describe the subject of sources and arguments background of the technological innovation ability evaluation in Shanxi Province, and based on regional technological innovation ability evaluation of the status quo as well as some of the problems, summarized and stated the study area, technological innovation capability and evaluation of regional technological innovation ability of domestic and international status quo.Chapter2discusses the theoretical basis of the evaluation of regional technological innovation ability of the relevant theoretical basis for the evaluation of the technological innovation capacity in Shanxi Province.
