Evaluation Of The Effect Of Tourism Out Of Poverty In Ethnic Areas

The problem of poverty has been a worldwide problem since ancient times.Under the leadership of the Communist Party,Chinese farmers constantly sought to optimize their survival strategies in the game of the surrounding natural environment,and then developed into a poverty alleviation model with Chinese characteristics.In particular,since General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed "precision poverty alleviation",China's poverty alleviation model has been continuously innovated.As one of the special industries' poverty alleviation models,tourism poverty alleviation has a unique role in realizing the transition from "blood transfusion" poverty alleviation to "hematopoietic" poverty alleviation in ethnic areas.This article takes Wujiatai Village in the Wuling Mountain Ethnic Area as the research object,follows the research idea of "problem-analyze problem-solve problem",and based on the field survey of the practice of poverty alleviation in Wujiatai Village,proposes "how effective is tourism poverty alleviation" Problems,on the basis of conceptual analysis and theoretical discussion,combined with expert consultation,farmers 'discussions,and weights,to build an evaluation system of“ Wujiatai Tourism Poverty Alleviation Effectiveness ”,through the introduction of survey data,to form an overall assessment of the effectiveness of Wujiatai Village Evaluation and reference for problem solving.The thesis consists of four parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly introduces the background of the topic selection,research significance and methods,and explains the research ideas and main innovation points,which is the starting point of the research in this article.The second part is the introduction of theoretical foundation and research foundation,mainly including the basic concept,basic theory and practical foundation.Firstly,the concepts of tourism poverty alleviation and industrial revitalization will be explained,and the specific industries will be used to reduce poverty,stakeholders,performance management,etc.The theory gives a revelation to this article,combined with a detailed interpretation of the Wujiatai village tourism poverty alleviation practice process,which forms the basis of the entire study.The third part is to construct theevaluation index system and evaluation of tourism poverty alleviation effect.On the basis of reviewing the evaluation of tourism and poverty alleviation by experts and scholars,and combining with experts to discuss with farmers,determine the index weights,construct and form a Wujiatai tourism poverty alleviation evaluation index system,and collect the collected Wujiatai village industry development,villagers' income,tourists Feeling and other data,systematically evaluate the effects of poverty alleviation from the macro and micro dimensions,and comprehensively analyze the evaluation results.The fourth part is aimed at the problems existing in the poverty alleviation of tourism in Wujiatai Village,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to realize the development of Wujiatai Village through the revitalization of the tourism industry.The innovation in the article is to study the effect of poverty alleviation in tourism through the index evaluation system,combine traditional AHP and GEM to empower the indicators for the evaluation of poverty alleviation in the characteristic industries in ethnic regions,and study the effectiveness of tourism poverty alleviation from the perspective of individual villages.The pre-selection of the evaluation indicators of the tourism poverty alleviation effect lays the foundation for the subsequent scientific evaluation.The poverty alleviation of tourism in Wujiatai Village is a microcosm of industrial poverty alleviation in ethnic areas.It has broken through the limitations of the “tea” industry,integrated the “+ tourism” thinking,and formed a “tea travel integration ” model.There is a certain representation in the practice of poverty alleviation.In particular,it provides a case that can be used for reference for the ethnic regions to inherit the past through industrial revitalization and break through geographical restrictions and resource constraints.
