Research On Poverty Alleviation In Poverty Alleviation Counties In Minority Areas

Poverty eradication is one of the development goals of all countries.Since the beginning of reform and opening up,the state and government have formulated poverty reduction policies according to specific conditions to help the development of backward areas.Over the past 40 years,poverty reduction has achieved remarkable results,but some regions are still in poverty,especially in ethnic areas with marginalized geographical location,inadequate population living and imperfect development of various undertakings.In order to change the extensive poverty alleviation model,the central government proposes to help the poor by fixed points,linking counties,helping villages and implementing households,and bringing the government's grandeur into effect.Outlook policies have been implemented at the grass-roots level one by one.This poverty alleviation work is conducive to helping the poor people to solve the most direct and realistic interest problems,to send the warmth of the Party and the state directly to the poor people,to better understand the national conditions and conditions,to ask for government,needs and plans for the people.Focus on poverty alleviation and tackle the key problems.Focus on achieving the goal of poverty alleviation,timely removal of hats and solving regional overall poverty by 2020 for the poverty-stricken population in Lika,so as to move down the support center and carry out precise assistance.We should vigorously promote the process of poverty alleviation and development in poverty-stricken areas of ethnic minorities in China,effectively improve the economic level of poverty-stricken areas,and make it a reality that the poor people are separated from the status quo.Starting from the point of view of poverty alleviation,guided by the concept of poverty alleviation,according to the current development situation of poverty alleviation in Debao County,Guangxi,this paper deeply analyses the causes of poverty,evaluates the achievements of poverty alleviation measures,finds out the problems,and explores the mode of poverty alleviation suitable for local and ethnic areas.Firstly,at the theoretical level,the background and significance of the research are elaborated,and the research results at home and abroad are sorted out.Secondly,combined with specific cases,this paper analyzed the poverty situation,causes,and fixed-point poverty alleviation practices in Debao County.Then,the effectiveness of poverty alleviation at designated sites in Debao County is selected and evaluated by using the data provided by relevant departments.Finally,the paper analyses the existing problems and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the poverty alleviation in Debao County.
