The Research On Jing Dong Finance's Supply Chain Financial Model

The financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises has always been an obstacle that small and medium-sized enterprises cannot overcome in the development process.In recent years,the rise of supply chain finance with e-commerce platform as the main body has led to the emergence of many innovative financial products,providing an effective way for small and medium-sized enterprises to solve the financing difficulty.As the core enterprises,e-commerce companies connect the suppliers and consumers of various upstream and downstream small and medium-sized enterprises in the supply chain to form a huge relationship network,deepen the cooperation between the supply chain enterprises,improve the overall operation efficiency of the supply chain,and meet the market demand with a scientific and reasonable system.Therefore,the development of e-commerce as the main body of supply chain finance is more conducive to the construction of a good business ecology,and to promote the overall economic development of China.In this article,JD's supply chain finance operation mode is taken as an example to summarize the implementation background,implementation basis and operation mechanism of the supply chain finance mode.Through the analysis of the innovative products,service objects,operation process and risk control mechanism of its operation mode,the characteristics of JD supply chain finance mode are summarized,and on this basis,the operation effect and existing shortcomings of JD supply chain finance are concluded.Through the above analysis,four-point optimization Suggestions are put forward to optimize the technical level,explore new profit growth points,strengthen resource integration,form a mutually beneficial community,optimize the payment system,increase the payment market share,transform business entities,and broaden the channels of capital sources.
