A Study On Rural Land Evaluation

Beautiful Countryside is one of the research hot spots in recent years.Research on rural land is the focus of the study of Beautiful Countryside.This study takes rural land as the research object and originats the land classification standard of village,which was according to the development of village.Based on the foundation of that standard,this study constructs the rural land evaluation index system.Chakou,a typical suburban countryside which was in Meijiaping town,Fuping County,was chosen as an example to take a study of land evaluation of village.Taking the high definition aerial photography of Chakou as a data source,the study constructed the rural land evaluation index system of Chakou on the basis of field investigation.The basic data were obtained by field investigation,questionnaire and interview.Usingthe theories and methods of GIS.The research divides the land of Chakou into 6 parts which are based on the results of land evaluation.Then proposed the most suitable using purpose of each part and the land developing idea.At last,with the grey multi-objective linear programming methods,the research optimizes the layout of Chakou and put forward the suggestions of land spacial control.The main results of this paper are as follows:(1)Based the existing land classification in China,the land classification standard of village,of which the production land,living land and ecological land were the 3 land class,wereoriginated according to the development of village and the problem between the land rights and responsibilities in the process of rural land planning.(2)The rural land evaluation index system,which was based on the actual situation in rural areas,were constructed.The rural land was evaluated from production land suitability,living land suitability and ecological land suitability.The FAHP method was used to determine the weight of evaluation index.After that,the rural land evaluation index system was constructed.(3)A typical suburban countryside named Chakou,which was in Meijiaping town,Fuping County,was chosen as an example to take a study of land evaluation of village.Accordingto the theories and methods of GIS,the rural land was evaluated from production land suitability,living land suitability and ecological land suitability.Then the land of Chakou was divided into 6 parts which was based on the results of land evaluation.And the most suitable use of each part and the land development idea were proposed.(4)At last,with the grey multi-objective linear programming methods,the layout of Chakou in 2030 was optimized andthe suggestion of land space control was put forward.The scientific and rational land use spatial layout wereobtained.Then the land using zoning map and the zoning map of construction land control were gotten,which were based on the results of land evaluation and interview data of village cadres.At last,the suggestions of land space control wereput forward as the followings:Increase the intensity of farmland control,and the strict implementation of the basic farmland protection policy should be made.Strictly control the scale of construction land,and promote the intensive use of land.Increase the investments in ecological and environmental protection,the implementation of strict ecological land protection policy should be made.Strengthen the linkage between the land use planning and other planning,and build informatization system for land use monitoring and supervision.
