The rise of social entrepreneurship has provided innovative solutions to a series of social problems that are difficult for the market and government to play a role,and thus has become a research hotspot in academia.However,in the research on social entrepreneurship,social entrepreneurship orientation as a key element of social entrepreneurship has received relatively little attention,and the discussion topics of connotation and dimensions are mostly,there are urgent exploration and empirical research on pre-factors that need to be supplemented and improved.Unlike purely profit-oriented commercial enterprises and purely charitable nonprofit organizations,cooperatives have both economic and social attributes.They are typical localized social enterprises in China,and have-a huge role in promoting rural development.Nonetheless,there is still a lack of social entrepreneurship research with cooperatives as the main body.Based on this,this article takes the cooperatives as the background,takes the cooperative social entrepreneurship orientation as the research theme,and explores achievement motivation and cooperative social entrepreneurship based on the "motivation-behavior" research framework.The relationship between orientation,and the introduction of attention configuration as an intermediary variable,analyzes the relationship between achievement motivation,attention configuration and social entrepreneurship orientation,shows the current status of social entrepreneurship in cooperatives,and enriches the pre-dependent variables of social entrepreneurship orientation The research results have certain practical and theoretical significance.This article explores the relationship between achievement motivation,atten tion allocation,and social entrepreneurship orientation.First,sort out and sum marize the relevant theories and latest research results about the research varia bles;second,build a research model and propose research hypotheses on the b asis of literature sorting,in which the intermediary variable is attention configu ration,the independent variable is achievement motivation,and the dependent v ariable Oriented to the social entrepreneurship of cooperatives;again,this articl e mainly collects data by issuing questionnaires,and finally collects 173 valid questionnaires,using SPSS 24.0 software to perform reliability and validity test s and factor analysis on sample data;finally,the regression analysis method was used to verify The research assumes that the specific results are: first,the a chievement motivation and its sub-dimension have a positive impact on the co operative's social entrepreneurship orientation;second,the achievement motivati on and its sub-dimension will affect the attention allocation situation,It has a positive effect on the attention interaction effect of the dual goals of cooperati ve entrepreneurs;third,attention allocation affects the cooperative's social entre preneurship orientation,and attention interaction positively affects the cooperativ e's social entrepreneurship orientation;fourth,attention allocation in achievemen t motivation and its sub-dimensions and cooperative social entrepreneurship orie ntation Intermediate role.In summary,the main research conclusions drawn in this paper are: first,it confirms that achievement motivation is one of the pre-factors for social entrepreneurship orientation,and second,it verifies the mediating effect of attention allocation,confirms achievement motivation and attention allocation And the causeand-effect relationship between the social entrepreneurial orientation.The following suggestions were made to the relevant departments:(1)Identify cooperative entrepreneurs with different levels of achievement motivation and formulate corresponding incentive policies;(2)Pay attention to the cooperative 's operating conditions and guide their attention appropriately;(3)Attach importance to fostering cooperative entrepreneurs with "altruistic" values.
