With the acceleration of economic globalization and the advent of new technological revolution,enterprises have become the organizations that can generate sustainable innovation.In the process of technological innovation,the innovation of organizational structure will be realized and the dynamic capability of the enterprise will be created.Organizational structure and technological innovation promote development and change mutually.The research direction of this paper is how to optimize the organizational structure from the perspective of technological innovation,finally form the dynamic ability of enterprises,and improve the competitive advantage of enterprises.This paper first introduces the meaning and basic characteristics of the organizational structure,summarizes the key points of the organizational structure,and then constructs a model of the influence of the innovation of the organizational structure on the formation of the dynamic capability of the enterprise based on technological innovation.The influence of organizational structure on enterprise vitality and the research results are combined with the research results of the relationship between organizational structure and dynamic capability at home and abroad.By analyzing the meanings and characteristics of the two concepts of organizational structure and dynamic capability,the relationship between organizational structure and the formation of dynamic capability is emphasized.Even if it is necessary to promote the formation of the dynamic function of the enterprise,the basic condition is to develop the technological innovation advantages of the enterprise,and at the same time to change the organizational structure according to the changes of internal and external environment.By using SPSS21.0,through setting variables,issuing and recovering questionnaires,questionnaire quality analysis and regression analysis,it can be determined that the structured organizational structure has a positive and positive impact on the formation of enterprise dynamic capability.Finally,based on the theory of organizational structure and dynamic capability,it explains how to build organizational structure on the basis of technological innovation and promote the formation of dynamic capability of enterprises,so as to get the research conclusion and management inspiration.
