Competitive advantage is the pivot of strategy management research. For the resource of competitive advantage, there are different views depend on different theories. Some theories explain the advantage resource by industry structure, some pay attention to the rare resource occupied by organizations. As the speed of changes of the competitive environment is getting more rapid, the dynamic capability theory based on evolvement are getting more attention from scholars, more and more fruits are emerging. However, china's enterprises were just come through the great changes of policy, technology, market and society, during the past 20 years. They will still have to face this kind of rapidly-changing environment in the future, under the backgroud of information society and globalization. The sustainable competitive advantage in dynamic environment will be the focus of theories and practices. This paper will indicate the shortage of the current theory based on theory research and practice analysis, and put forward a concept of dynamic-match capability with a more clear dynamic character and construct a structural model of the related factors based on dynamic-match, as a explanation and guide of practices.Firstly, by an analysis of the basic logic of strategy management and a review of the related theories, this paper points out that there is a concept illegibility in current mainstream theory of dynamic capability, and gives the key point that will be well researched. Then through the analysis of practices, this paper indicates that dynamic-match is the resource of sustainable competitive advantage, constructs a dynamic-match based capability framework, including evalution, deployment and learning capabilities. After expounds the concepts of organization characters (aspiration level, implement efficiency and cooperation state), capability structure (evaluation, deployment and learning) and organization performance (pullulation, profitability and sustainability), the relationships are discussed and CCP conceptional model is constructed. Then, based on the analysis and test by the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the concept model is modified properly and the final model is confirmed by the experiential research. At last, the conclusion and the shotage of this paper is indicated.Based on the research work, some conclusions can be achieved as follows: the dynamic-match capability, including evalution, deployment and learning capabilities, is a key to acquire and sustain competitive advantages in a changing environment.the dynamic-match capability depends on some basic character, including company's aspiration level and cooperation state. The dynamic-match capability has a significant impact on company's performance and rapid pullulation. For the detailed relationship, aspiration level has a significant positive impact on evalution and deployment, cooperation state has significant positive impact on evalution, deployment and learning. Evalution and deployment capabilities have positive impacts on company's pullulationXeaming capability has positive impact on company's pullulation, profitability and sustainability.This paper does some tentative work of theoretics innovation as follows. First, this paper indicates the concept illegibility in the current dynamic capability theory, constructs a more clear dynamic match capability framework by peeling off the concept of coordination (a static concept), and increases the adaptability for dynamic environment. Also, the related factors are cleared out, and a statistic model is formed. Second, brings forward and validate the significant effect of organization basic charcter upon dynamic match capability. On the perspective of statistics, aspiration level has a significant positive effect on learning and evaluation, cooperation state has a significant positive effect on all kinds of dynamic match capabilities. This conclusion provides a well theory support for the incubating and strengthening of dynamic match capability. Third, brings forward and validate the significant effect of dynamic match capability upon organization performance. Describes the factors of dynamic match capability related to enteprise's pullulation. Validates the support function of learning capability for the enterprise's profitability and sustainability.This paper divides all contexts into seven chapters. Chapterl describes the background, objective, content, and innovativeness of this study, Chapter2 is a summarize of the related theories of strategy management and competitive advantage, The limitation of the current dynamic capability theory is exposed and the emphases of this papar is clarified based on theory review and analysis in this chapter. Chapter3 proposes the concept of dynamic match capability through an analysis of the capability-forming process and strategy management, combining with an analysis of the character of environment and a case review. Chapter 4 forms a theory model of the dynamic match capability and describes the concepts of the related factors during the dynamic match process, clarify the concepts for the following study. Chapter 5 contructs a concept model for these factors based on the dynamic match, describe the relationship between these factors. By using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the concept model is estimated, verified, modified and modulated in chapter6.Furthermore, the final concept model is confirmed. At last, as the conclusion part of this paper. Chapter 7 takes a brief summary of the whole research, indicates the limitations of this study and provides some ideas for further research.
