Study On Optimization Path Of Supply System Of Health Care Town In Jiangxi From The Perspective Of Supply Side

After the Chinese economy enters the new normal,to promote high-quality economic development,we must firmly grasp the main line of supply-side structural reform,and characteristic towns are an important platform for promoting supply-side structural reform.Since the construction of characteristic towns in Zhejiang Province have been vigorously carried out,characteristic towns have set off a wave of construction throughout the country.As one of the types of characteristic towns,which can meet people's increasing needs for a better life.At present,the development of health care towns in Jiangxi Province is still in the exploratory stage.Some problems have occurred during the construction and development process,such as extensive land use,single industrial structure,and lack of characteristic cultural carriers.This has led to an imbalance in supply and demand,which severely restricted the development of health care towns.Therefore,it is of great research value to study the supply system of health care towns to optimize the supply structure and guide the construction of health care towns in Jiangxi Province in the future.This article takes Zhongyuan Hakka summer resort town in Jing'an County,Jiangxi as an example,and selects the supply side as a research perspective to explore the problems in the construction and development of supply system of the health care town.This article reviews the theoretical foundations that guide the construction and development of health care township,and explains the six development modes of health care township nationwide and the current construction of health care township in Jiangxi Province.In-depth understanding of the construction and development of Zhongyuan Hakka summer town through field surveys,construction of the existing supply system of the town including three subsystems of land supply,product supply and service supply,and analysis of problems in the three subsystems,including: firstly,land strong development intensity and high pressure on environmental resources;secondly,single product type,short industrial chain and serious homogeneity;thirdly,poor integration of resources and close integration with local culture;fourthly,imperfect service supply system and lack of specialized talents and other four aspects.And then put forward the targeted paths to optimize the supply system of the health care town in four aspects,including: firstly,intensive use of land,improve the characteristics of the town's land policy;secondly,deepen regional linkages,brand effects promote the industrial structure level;thirdly,Strengthen the integration of resources and highlight the characteristics of the small town culture;fourthly,improve the service system and promote the professionalization of service personnel.Through the research on the supply system of Hakka summer resort town in Zhongyuan,the supply system of health care town is optimized to provide a theoretical basis for the coordinated development of the supply and demand side of health care town in Jiangxi Province.
