With the formation of a globalized market,the survival and development of any enterprise is facing fierce competition among the same industry.As long as there is competition,we must face the competition rules of "the survival of the fittest ".Throughout the country and abroad,every long-lasting enterprise can not do without excellent product quality.Especially in the injection molding industry,raw materials have risen sharply,and labor costs have increased year by year.The era of "making money as soon as the machine is turned on" has become a thing of the past.If the management is not good,it will lead to a series of problems such as low yield,low efficiency,high raw material loss,and high failure rate of tooling equipment.The seemingly product and technology issues are actually more about quality management and service awareness.Therefore,to win in the fierce competition,enterprises must improve their quality management level.First of all,starting with the quality of the early stage of product development,employing the APQP tool of IATF 16949,established the advanced planning of product quality,improved the process from the determination of new products ?process design and development? product and process validation to product delivery and customer feedback.The efficiency of the new product development has been improved and the waiting time of customer has been reduced by setting up a product team,planning the work contents of each stage,cooperating with all departments,following the plan strictly.Follow By,TQM is people-oriented management.By pushing through quality responsibility system,cleared the job responsibility of every employee in the company,combined with pereformance appraisal and material and spiritual incentives.established standard metheod and procedure for human performance,based on strengthening training of quality awareness education,qualitymanagement knowledge and method and special skill etc,increased the quality awareness of employess,deepened employees understanding of products,enhanced the possibility and stability of the staff,thus the product quality is stabled and the inspection efficiency is improved.Next,from the perspective of supplier quality management,learned from the method of supplier quality management,according to the current situation of supplier quality management,made the corresponding improvement;meanwhile,according to the requirements of approved appearance approval report in IATF16949 PPAP tool,the golden sample certification process was developed.Since the supplier has the clear standard,the incoming yield has been improved,reduced the ineffective rework time.Therefore,the on time delivery rate has been exceeded the expected indicate.Last but not least,it thoroughly analyzed on infrastructure and environment for the operation of processes of the company,in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Quality management systems,completed the total management of equipment and mold,on-site inspection environment has been improved in reason.With the equipment and mold failure has been reduced obviously,not only improved the production,but also the claim has been decreased widely.During the implementation of improvement measures,not only received strong support from the company's management,the heads of various departments also responded positively,but also received the cooperation of suppliers.Because of the joint participation and efforts of everyone,the implementation effect has been guaranteed effectively.We finally achieved our customer satisfaction.
