After the recent rapid development of China 's economy in the past two decades,China 's power industry has been advancing with the country 's economy and the continuous advancement of science and technology.The emergence of cloud computing,big data,Internet of Things,mobile Internet,artificial intelligence,and these emerging technologies The construction of smart grid,ubiquitous power Internet of Things and energy internet has entered a new stage.The development of smart grid cannot be separated from the support of electric power automation technology.With the continuous maturation and improvement of the domestic automation industry,more and more electric power automation companies are devoted to the construction of national electric power.They are reliable,safe,economic,efficient and environmentally friendly.Friendly and safe strong smart grid provides quality products and services.This article takes DF Power Automation Company as the background,analyzes the company's marketing status by using DF's existing products as specific research objects,finds problems and proposes optimization strategies.First of all,by reading a lot of relevant literature and theoretical research materials,the relevant theoretical reviews are compiled to provide a theoretical basis for subsequent research;then the marketing opportunities of DF Power Automation Company are analyzed,and the current macro and micro environments of DF Company are analyzed to determine the current DF company's current environmental situation,then analyze the DF company's user purchase behavior,analyze the main purchase role,the main influencing factors of the user's purchase behavior and the user's purchase process,so as to make a basic judgment on DF company's overall marketing environment.Then,it conducts a comprehensive analysis of the DF company's operating status and from marketing strategy,product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy and other links,so as to discover the company's current main problems.Finally,through STP strategy optimization,we repositioned the company's market segment,target market and market positioning,and proposed the customer-centric strategy,layout marketing eco-chain strategy and customers for the marketing strategy issues previously put forward in combination with the 4P + 4C + 4R marketing mix strategy.Optimize strategies such as loyalty strategies and experience marketing strategies,and ensure the optimal implementation of strategies through strategic guarantees,technical guarantees,financial guarantees,and human resource guarantees.This article hopes to help companies sort out the marketing problems existing in the company through the research of DF company's marketing strategy,provide DF company with marketing strategy optimization plan to enhance the existing market competitiveness,and contribute to the realization of the company's 100-year goal of smart solutions.
