As with the decreasing of the economic growth rate,stricter regulatory policies and the rapid development of Internet finance,the competition among commercial Banks has become increasingly intense.To keep up with the national situation and requirements of deepening rural financial reform,Lanzhou rural bank was established in December,2015.Due to its late establishment time,Lanzhou rural bank currently is facing it’s key stage to transfer to a modern commercial bank.In order to better grasp the law of the market and find new profit growth points,Lanzhou rural commercial bank has formulated a strategic development goal of building a “retail bank”,and put forward an important measurement of “customer manager team building” in 2017 to adapt to the current key task of enterprise business marketing and expansion.But currently the employee training work is still in a disorder and inefficiency state,and there is not a complete set of training system to train the employee who is in the position of customer manager which is a very important post.Those existed problems have directly result to an uneven quality and low capability customer manager team.How to improve the overall capability and comprehensive quality of the has become a urgent problem to be solved at this stage.Therefore,it is necessary to design a set of customer manager training system in line with the current situation of Lanzhou rural commercial bank.Taking the Lanzhou rural commercial bank customer manager training as the research objective,and the state of art training related theory of domestic and aboard as the theoretical basis,this paper analyzed the requirements of the manager training in Lanzhou rural commercial bank in three aspects including enterprise,position,and individual.The research was conducted by analyzing the data of Lanzhou rural commercial bank customer manager training status which was collected by on-the-spot interview and questionnaire survey.Based on the analysis of theoretical research and practical results,this study has designed the content of the training system which in include 6 steps:identifying training requirements,making training plan,organizing implementation of the training,supervising the training process,training effect evaluation and feedback and summarizing the documents and data archiving.To ensure agribusiness the implementation of the customer manager training system in Lanzhou rural commercial bank in an effective way,the security measurements were raised in three aspects including team construction,enterprisecultural construction as well as internal training team construction.The conclusion of this research has strong maneuverability.The aim of this research is to solve the disorderly and inefficient problem of the bank customer manager training in Lanzhou bank customer manager so as to make the training work can really achieve actual effect and improve the overall capability and comprehensive quality of customer manager,and finally provide a reliable human reassurances to guarantee the strategic transformation development of agribusiness in Lanzhou bank.
