With China's entry into the World Trade Organization,financial system reform has improved,foreign banks have entered,regulatory policies have changed,new local banks have gradually increased,and competition among commercial banks has become increasingly fierce.To achieve steady development in competition,innovation and transformation are indispensable.Financial manager as a network of individual customer managers in the development of network business has become increasingly prominent.However,with the implementation of the "new regulations for capital management",the pressure on financial managers to face the competition in the financial product market is even greater,and the inherent thinking development problems have also been exposed.The problem of personnel management is the key.With the further intensification of financial industry competition,the transformation management of the wealth manager team is particularly important.Whether it has a sufficient number of financial managers,a reasonable structure,and a strong business has a very important role in the success or failure of a bank in the industry competition.Transformation is one of the most effective ways to improve the strength of the wealth management team.Only by breaking the inherent thinking and changing from "sitting" to "walking" and from "inside" to "outside" can we further meet the needs of customers.To provide customers with a better experience,thereby promoting business development.How to improve the capacity of financial manager is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper chooses the training system of financial manager of tongyuan branch of China Postal savings bank as a sample,and hopes that through the analysis and research,we can conclude the scheme and implementation measures suitable for the training system of financial manager of state-owned banks in China.This article first introduces the background of the topic and the significance of the research,and then expounds the research methods and research ideas;This paper defines the concept of training and financial manager,expounds the basic theory related to this article and summarizes the latest research results on training at home and abroad.After that,through the interview method with related personnel,the basic data of the paper research was obtained,and the data comparison method was used to understand the current situation of the training of enterprise financial manager.It is found that there are many problems such as insufficient training needs analysis,unreasonable training plan formulation and single training form in Tongyuan Branch of Post Bank.The reasons for these problems include insufficient funding and imperfect training system.In order to improve the training quality and improve the above problems,this paper will optimize the training system and improve the relevant links of the training.Finally,based on the advanced theoretical application and comprehensive data analysis,the conclusion of the paper is formed and the research on the topic is completed.The research of this paper is to optimize and improve the training system of financial manager of Tongyuan Branch of Post Reserve Bank in order to further improve the effectiveness of training.The problems in the management of the management of financial management of Tongyuan Branch of Post Reserve Bank not only reflect the characteristics of its personality,but also reflect the common problems of state-owned commercial banks in China.The existence of these problems makes the development of financial management services not significant.There is no obvious competitive advantage in financial institutions,which hinders the rapid development of enterprises.Therefore,the research results of this paper can not only improve the training of financial manager of Tongyuan Branch of Postal Reserve Bank,but also provide some reference for other state-owned commercial banks.
