In recent years,the economic situation is grim and complex,and the market competition environment has changed dramatically.In order to resist the downward pressure of the economy,enterprises must increase the resilience and potential of their own competition.The so-called potential competitiveness is the internal soft power of enterprises,including technological innovation,cultural construction,quality improvement,and talent accumulation,which are inseparable from human wisdom.Human resource is one of the most important potential competitiveness in the development of enterprises,and performance management,as an important part of human resource management,as an important way to motivate employees,should be explored by enterprises as a subject.At present,although most of the enterprises have introduced and implemented performance management,there are still common problems.The goal of employees deviates from the goal of enterprises,and the positive incentive is weak,which leads to the role of performance management can not be fully utilized.This paper introduces some basic theories,such as goal management,key performance index evaluation method,balanced scorecard method,and so on.Chengcheng company's business background is complex and different,and its employees' performance awareness is weak.With the rapid growth of business volume,the requirements for employees' business ability and work experience are higher and higher,and the performance management is backward,and the impact caused by it is more and more obvious.This paper uses interview,questionnaire and other research methods,combined with the company's operating status and attribute characteristics,analyzes the problems existing in the performance management of Chengcheng company,such as weak performance orientation,incomplete performance evaluation dimensions,lack of index inheritance and continuity in the design of performance indicators.These problems restrain the initiative and creativity of employees and restrict the productivity of the company.In order to develop Chengcheng company,we must optimize and reengineer the existing performance management scheme.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the background and research significance of Chengcheng company's performance management scheme optimization,determines the research methods and contents through the study and Enlightenment of relevant literature,and forms the basic ideas.The second chapter mainly introduces the enterprise nature,development background and operation status of Chengcheng company,and explains the performance management situation Effective management planning,implementation,assessment,feedback and application are carried out in five dimensions.By consulting the management system,interviewing employees,questionnaire survey,etc.,management problems are identified,and the causes of the problems are analyzed in depth to provide a starting point for the follow-up scheme optimization.The third chapter,guided by the best case and the existing performance management problems of Chengcheng company,forms the idea of scheme optimization,decomposes the idea,and realizes the implementation of the idea through reasonable performance index design,scheme implementation and evaluation and feedback of performance results.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the measures to ensure the real-time performance management optimization scheme,solidify the excellent performance management concept in the corporate culture,form the inherent impression from the employees' ideological field;fully consider the performance management requirements in the organization setting,clear the division of performance management responsibilities,and improve the performance management system to ensure the orderly development of performance management.In the research on the performance management of Chengcheng company,the optimization plan is formed,and constructive suggestions are given,which provide strong support for the promotion of the potential competition of Chengcheng company.
