| The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of beautiful China.Beautiful China is an important part of the "Chinese Dream".As a country with a large rural area and a large proportion of agricultural population,building a beautiful village is an important part of achieving a beautiful China and building a well-off society in an all-round way.At this stage,the construction of beautiful rural areas has been launched nationwide,and many places have achieved certain results.However,there are no fixed standards,models,and implementation paths for beautiful rural construction.Because of the actual conditions in different places,the construction concept and understanding of policies are different.There are also factors such as funding in some areas,so the effectiveness of beautiful rural construction varies.In recent years,Kang County has seized the opportunity to make beautiful countryside construction an important measure for targeted poverty alleviation.Many attempts have been made.According to its own characteristics,the county has been planned as a large tourist area,and some achievements have been made,but there are also some problems.Therefore,it is not only theoretically meaningful to study the effectiveness of Kang County's beautiful rural construction,but it is also of practical significance to the actual construction of Kang County in the next stepBased on the analysis of relevant theoretical literature at home and abroad,this article analyzes and describes the basic situation of Kang County and the construction of beautiful countryside,and according to the actual construction situation,the five existing construction modes(ecological tourism type,ancient village restoration type,industry cultivation type,environment improvement type and relocation type)are listed and analyzed for representative villages.Based on the existing national standards and Gansu Province standards,an indicator system is established,the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method are used to calculate the index weights,and the comprehensive evaluation method is used to score the actual situation of beautiful rural construction under different models.Conclusions:(1)The overall construction of Kang County is good,but the construction level is unbalanced.There is a large gap between the eco-tourism type with the highest construction level and the relocation type with the worst construction level;(2)the village's The inadequate publicity of relevant policies resulted in the phenomenon that some villagers did not understand the policies and caused construction results to be inconsistent with the expected plan in the actual construction process;(3)The beautiful villages currently under construction are dedicated to rural tourism,but the tourism products are relatively It is single and cannot be related to tourism routes,which will affect the driving force for the village economy to a certain extent.(4)The lack of professional construction talents leads to unsatisfactory maintenance of the construction process and subsequent construction results.Finally,according to the research conclusions,this article also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,including:pay attention to the balanced development of various regions,give play to the main role of the masses,develop a variety of tourism products,and introduce professional construction talents,etc.so as to provide reference opinions and suggestions for the construction of beautiful countryside in Kang County. |
