Construction Of Ecological Agriculture Of Performance Evaluation In Sichuan

China is one of world agricultural countries; agriculture is the basis and traditional industries. However, in recent years, because of the population has increased dramatically, caused for natural resources and for life over extorting from malignant pollution environment caused by, triggering the worsening ecological environment in China, so thoroughly solve these problems, it is necessary to fundamentally change agricultural production mode, so as to realize the sustainable development of Chinese agriculture word. So "ecological agriculture" was raised, thirty years of theory and practice has proved, China's construction of ecological agriculture has made gratifying achievements, thus the construction of ecological agriculture to evaluate the benefits are particularly important and essential in Sichuan province, this paper will view the performance of construction of ecological agriculture research on ecological agriculture construction of Sichuan province, comprehensive evaluation results.This paper based on the basis of the theory of ecological agriculture, in Sichuan province present situation of the construction of ecological agriculture, development and existing problems were analyzed, and the main selection 2010 through the provincial ecological agricultural acceptance of the nine ecology country as the research object, nine county respectively from the social and economic development, ecological environment protection, social progress evaluation index, three aspects screening establish ecological agriculture comprehensive performance evaluation index system。In this first chapter, on the status of ecological agriculture in Sichuan Province, the development process of qualitative analysis, and then take the typical sampling method, based on theoretical analysis and frequency analysis of combining the principles of the 25 pilot counties in Sichuan Province Select 2010 eco-agriculture counties in the provincial inspection by the nine ecological counties (cities, districts) for the study. In the fourth chapter of the 9 counties (cities, districts) were from the social and economic development, environmental protection, social progress and evaluation of three screening indicators, establish ecological agriculture performance evaluation index system, the eventual establishment of Performance Evaluation of Ecological Agriculture indicator system is divided into three levels, followed by the target layer, rule layer and index layer, a total of 23 indicators.Finally let us introduce the concept of "barrier degrees" of Sichuan province, ecological agriculture construction, looking for pathologic diagnosis to hinder the development of ecological agriculture barriers. And in the light of main obstacle factors on the problem, this paper puts forward some development countermeasures to the next phase of the ecological agriculture construction, Sichuan province to provide ideas.
