Abstract/Summary:
Although China’s PV industry has being developed so rapidly in recent years,PV industry has focused far more on construction,rather than operation and maintenance(“O&P”).Sungrow Zhiwei Company(“SGZ”)was founded in 2017 by 22-year-old Sungrow Power Supply Co.,Ltd.,a leading enterprise in the renewable energy industry,to provide life-cycle O&P services for PV stations.Due to short establishment time of SGZ,there are many unreasonable and imperfect aspects in its O&P business process management of PV stations,restricting the overall development level of its O&P business.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study O&P business process of the company.Based on theories of organizational management,business process recombination,information management and total quality management,this paper focuses on practical management problems in O&P process of SGZ.First of all,the author summarizes specific problems in the O&P business process management of SGZ,such as low bid winning rate of O&P projects,loss in business,high customer complaint rate,low procurement efficiency and so on.Secondly,causes of these problems are analyzed by using such tools as 5WHY and fish-bone diagram.Then,based on them,with the help of ECRS,SDCA and other tools,this paper provides specific solutions for SGZ,that is,to improve bid winning rate,contract management,customer satisfaction,and procurement efficiency of O&P spare parts.Finally,the paper gives specific safeguard measures for implementing those solutions.It is expected that the research results can provide reference for SGZ to optimize its O&P business process,and for other similar enterprises to improve O&P management status.
