China corporation faces much complicated management enviroment along with theeconomy promotion. Meanwhile,concern to thedrastic domestic makert competition,durative globle economic crisis and incessant policy from the government, how to keepour own compeition advantage and make progress among those difficulties for internalenterprise? With the development of science and technology and the deepening of themarket economy, knowledge economy has gradually replaced the industrial economy.Although physical resources are important, it is out of place in the strategic resources,and people as the most important carrier of the knowledge has gradually replaed land,energy and other material resources to become the first resource of the enterprisemanagement. Thus,no matterit is a state competition, regional competition orcorporation competition, in the final,it is the talent competition. Human resourcesmanagement wiii become the important guarantee if enterprises want to to achieve thestrategic goals. In human resources management, performance management is theindispensable core,it is also one of the effective methods to promote enterprisecompetitiveness. It is more scientific and effective than traditional method which onlyfocus on the employees performance evaluation. Therefore, how to find the best mothodto conform to the enterprise actual situationin in such many performance managementtheory, it is the top priority in the reform of enterprise performance.In this paper, the author master a lot of firsthand material via enterpriseexperience and investigation It also combined with performance management,otherrelated human resource management theory and SX company actual situation todesign a set of performance accord with the actual situation for the SX company. Thisarticle first dissertate and reserch for the performance management and the relatedtheories and then,deeply analysis o the situation and problems in the earlierperformance management progress for SX company. Then, according to the SX actualsituation, it designes a set of performance management appraisal system which use ofKPI and BSC performance management methods. Finally, after the assessment for thenew performance management system, validate its practicability, and modify its deficiencies.This paper combine SX company actual situation with its management strategy,then carry on the bold design for the performance management system. After putting thenew performance management system into paractice,SX company improve theirexecutive force,make the enterprise strategy more.explicit,also most of the employeeclear about the developping goals and begin to devote their attention to the careerdevelopment and orientation. After this performance management system, SXemployees have obvious improvement compared with the past.
