As the core part of enterprise human resources management, performance management can help enterprises to achieve its strategic goals. In this paper, the author from the performance management of A company of my own work, based on theory of performance management asked, with A company performance management system as the research object, on the problems existing in the performance management of A company are analyzed, and gives my own suggestions for improvement. A company as a commercial real estate company, its existing performance management problem are the same with the industry company which are also so for a company’s performance management. The research can also be extended to other companies. This paper mainly includes the following parts.First, the design of the performance management system should be set out actually, considering its own characteristics and actual situation, accomplish specific analysis. The designed performance management system is not A company from industry and own characteristics, A company that is difficult to implement the company performance management, performance evaluation of the difficult situation.Second, performance management is not an end, but a continuous dynamic process. In the past, in the process of the implementation of performance management, tend to focus on the result of performance appraisal, ignoring the process of performance management, as well as the basis for performance management in the performance plan, performance evaluation of auxiliary and performance results using the incentive. Only by emphasizing the process of performance management, it can form the good performance management culture.Third, setting the key performance indicators in the process of performance appraisal is a key, which is also the difficulty. Setting up key performance indicators, including enterprise strategic target as the value orientation, but also considering the actual situation at the same time, the company employees’ personal goals and the goals of the enterprise undertake unity. In the past,A company setting up key performance indicators set of indicators of operability is not strong, difficult to apply in practice to the examination, the examination result authenticity and fairness is not high. Through the index set of improved, make A company’s key performance indicators set more reasonable approach.Fourth, the performance management requires participants to it have enough understanding, otherwise, the performance management work will be difficult to achieve the effect. In view of the performance management in A company culture is not high, the company’s performance management was easy to formal course work. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the performance of A company enterprise culture idea training, the employees and managers get A strong cultural identity.Fifth, performance management is to realize the common development of the company and the employee, rather than to pull staff gap between each other, so the performance management work in practice, more emphasis on his incentive, rather than punishment. That is to say, in the implementation of performance appraisal, still give priority to with rewards, punishment only exist as a supplementary means.
