Research On The Development Strategy Of Z Company In The Kashgar Region

Along “the Belt And Road” initiative thorough implementation,the national project along the line has obtained the huge result.The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has vast territory and abundant resources,and Kashgar is located in the core area of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor,what's more,it also plays an indispensable role in transportation hub of the Belt and Road.In the future,Kashgar will become the trade port logistics center;the imported energy logistics transfer center and the import and export commodities distribution center.As a large state-owned investment company,China Communications Construction Company Limited(CCCC)has established an "investment platform company" in Kashgar,namely Z Company,actively engaged in investment cooperation in those projects such as Kashgar International Inland Port,highway transportation infrastructure,urban infrastructure development,modern logistics and other.This paper takes“the Belt And Road”company as the research object,reviews the strategy theory and related tools,and summarizes the strategy of the state-owned investment company in China and the investment strategy of the CCCC.Based on the above review,the paper systematically evaluated the company's internal and external environment,its own advantages and disadvantages,resources and capabilities,proposed steps of implementation path and safeguard measures.The research of this paper,by using the strategy analysis tools as Internal-External Matrix,SOWT,SPACE and QSPM to evaluate the development strategy choices that companies can be adopted.Z Company should make full use of the advantages of the internal and external environment to vigorously develop the company's strength and then further occupy the market after quantitative and qualitative analyzing.In short,it is recommended that Z Company,while ensuring the organization,talents,and funds,also adopts an active development model,develops diversified operations,and implements a stable strategy,which is also in line with the requirements of the current state-owned enterprise reform.It is hoped that Z Company will have a great achievement and contribute to the development of the Belt and Road.The study of this paper has made clear directions and priorities for the development of Z company in Kashgar,and also has some reference significance for the development strategy of the state-owned investment companies in the Central Asian region under the initiative of the Belt and Road,especially in the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor area and the western border areas in China.
