Research On The Development Strategy Of Zhuzhou State-owned Assets Investment Holding Group Co., LTD

With the reform of state-owned enterprises and state-owned assets entering a new comprehensive deepening reform stage,state-owned investment companies that invests on behalf of government are facing new opportunities for development,as well as challenges of stable growth and restructuring.Whether state-owned investment companies can take the chance of this reform dividend and achieve sustainable development,is a topic worthy of study.As the only competitive state-owned investment company in Zhuzhou,Zhuzhou State-owned Asset Investment Holding Group Company Limited.(hereinafter referred to as " Zhuzhou State-owned Investment Group")shoulders the important mission of serving local's industrial development.Although after 20 years' development,Zhuzhou State-owned Investment Group has become a very influential local enterprise,it also faces the problems of single income source and backward system and mechanism.The research on its development strategy can provide an important basis for the sustainable development of Zhuzhou State Investment Group,and also help to enrich and improve the strategic management of state-owned investment companies.This paper takes Zhuzhou State Investment Group as the research object,and I reviewed the relevant theories of strategic management and papers of strategic management of state-owned investment companies during the research process.I used PEST macro-environment analysis method and Porter's Five Forces Model to analyze the internal and external environment of Zhuzhou State-owned Investment Group,and summarized the opportunities and challenges faced by Zhuzhou State Investment Group,its own strengths and weaknesses.This paper defines the coperate development strategy of Zhuzhou State-owned Investment Group by SWOT analysis,Zhuzhou State-owned Investment Group should establish itself in Zhuzhou,lead the development of Zhuzhou industry,diversify business in the first three years of development strategy implementation and growth-oriented development strategy in the last two years.chooses its business tactical strateges by GE matrix,defines its mission and vision,defines its strategic positioning and short-term and medium-term objectives from four aspects: function,business,region and development model.It also formulates industrial investment,financial services,real estate and cultural tourism's business development strategy.Through nine strategic actions,such as strengthening subsidiary operation,optimizing resource allocation and strengthening capital operation,we can create stable benefits for the company,and do a good job in seven aspects: organization,risk control,human resources,corporate culture and so on.Combining theories and practices,this paper provides an operable strategic plan for the development of Zhuzhou State-owned Investment Group,and also has certain reference and reference for other similar enterprises.
