In modern society,the fierce market competition has led to increasing pressure on employees in all walks of life,and employees' job security has continued to decrease.If employees are under great pressure for a long time,it will inevitably lead to problems of job burnout.Occurrence of job burnout will inevitably affect the personal health and interpersonal relationships of employees,and at the same time lead to a decline in their enthusiasm and initiative for work,further reducing the work performance of employees,and have a very adverse impact on the development of the enterprise.The occurrence of employee job burnout will inevitably lead to the increase and increase of turnover of enterprise employees.Under this background,the management of job burnout has gradually become an indispensable part of enterprise human resource management.Through effective management measures,To a large extent,reducing employee burnout has a positive effect and significance on improving corporate performance.In the analysis and research,this paper draws on the relevant research foundations at home and abroad,and clarifies the concepts of "basic employees" and "burnout".It chooses to use BC as the research to eliminate this problem,and uses questionnaires to investigate the burnout of BC companies' basic employees Conducted a survey and research,and derived the current status of BC company employees 'burnout.Based on related theories such as the "two-factor" theory and the expectation theory,they conducted a thorough study of the problems and causes of BC company employees' burnout.Based on the analysis,combined with related theories and experience,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the job burnout management of BC's grassroots employees.The research results of this paper show that the average scores of the three dimensions of BC company's basic employees are love exhaustion,depersonalization,and professional effectiveness are 3.32,3.13,and 2.7 respectively.From the survey results,it can be concluded that there is a certain level of Job burnout,so BC must pay attention to the job burnout of grassroots employees in human resource management.The main reasons for the current job burnout of BC's grassroots employees are: BC's Ji Cen employees' increased work intensity and pressure,incomplete pay system,incomplete assessment mechanism,backward corporate culture,and incomplete supervision mechanism,etc.aspect.The lack of incentives for BC's grassroots employees has led to current BC's grassroots career planning trends,lack of systematic education and training,limited job promotion channels,and weakened professionalism.Based on the two-factor theory,in the management of basic employees,BC needs to pay attention to improving and perfecting the psychological guidance of the basic employees,optimizing the remuneration system,improving the assessment and evaluation,innovating the construction of corporate culture,and strengthening the supervision mechanism.At the same time,it is necessary to combine the actual situation of the company and the actual needs of grass-roots employees to develop and improve the company's training system for grass-roots employees,guide career planning,smooth promotion mechanisms,and clear career positioning to fully play the role of incentives,and further reduce and Eliminate the burnout of BC's grassroots employees.The research results of this paper can provide a certain reference for the basic burnout management of BC employees at the same level,and can also provide a certain reference for similar companies.
