Research On The Improvement Of Performance Evaluation Index System Of RA Electronics

In the age of knowledge-based economy,establishing and implementing enterprise performance evaluation system,can help enterprises to accurately locate problems and explore the causes of problems,and also play a positive role in guiding the operation and management of enterprises.But there are a lot of enterprises use traditional financial accounting performance evaluation index system,this kind of performance appraisal system can't help enterprises locate the problems in their management scientifically and comprehensively.So,how to build a scientific performance evaluation index system,it is already a pressing problem for many enterprises.The balanced scorecard can make judgments on enterprises from multiple perspectives,and comprehensively reflect the objective situation of enterprises.The author takes RA electronics as an example.Firstly,this paper describes the background and significance of index system research under the current environment,reviews and summaries the literature about index system and BSC,and introduces the specific contents and methods in detail.Secondly,reviews the relevant theories and methods.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the current performance evaluation index system of RA electronics,unearths the existing problems,and summarizes the causes of these problems.Then,this paper conducts strategic analysis based on the SWOT,draws the strategic map.From the perspectives of finance,customers,internal business processes and learning and growth,constructs a new index system,and uses the AHP to evaluate the weight of each index in the system.Finally,this paper proposes many supporting measure for the implementation of the new index system.Through relevant research,this paper constructs a set of scientific and advanced strategic performance evaluation index system for RA electronics,comprehensive consideration of the company's short-term and long-term development of the factors affecting its overall evaluation of its management activities to ensure the long-term development.At the same time,it is also hoped to provide some help for Chinese enterprises in the context of economic transformation,in how to use performance evaluation to improve their core competitiveness.
