As a technology-intensive industry,electronic information manufacturing is an important part of the high-tech industry.The industry brings together important innovation resources and elements.The rapid development of the industry has had an increasingly large impact on China's economy and society.Despite the increasing scale of the industry,in the technical competition of the global electronic information manufacturing industry,China has played the role of “follower” in technology,raw materials and equipment.Therefore,how to enhance the technological innovation capability of the industry and improve the efficiency of technological innovation has become a major problem facing the entire industry towards the international market.Based on the above background,this paper evaluates the differences and changes of the technological innovation efficiency of China's electronic information manufacturing industry from the two dimensions of industry and region,and proposes policy recommendations according to the research results.First of all,the thesis analyzes the basic development status and technological innovation status of China's electronic information manufacturing industry from the perspectives of technological innovation investment and technological innovation output.Secondly,the thesis summarizes the existing research results of domestic and foreign scholars,and combines the characteristics of electronic information manufacturing with data envelopment analysis and Malmquist index method as the model to es the estimate efficiency of technological innovation,and constructs the technical innovation index system.The measurement and analysis of the technological innovation efficiency of electronic information manufacturing in various regions and sub-sectors in China were carried out from static and dynamic dimensions.The final result shows that: statically,the average value of comprehensive technological innovation efficiency of China's electronic information manufacturing industry in2016 is 0.760,and 7 provinces(cities)have technical innovations in 7 provinces(cities),and only nine computers in the sub-sectors Technological innovations in the manufacturing industry,computer peripherals manufacturing,and other electronics manufacturing industries have been effective;dynamically,the total factor productivity of the industry grew at an average annual rate of 4.3% between 2007 and2016,with 14 in 24 provinces(cities).The total factor productivity of provinces(cities)showed different degrees of growth.In addition to the communicationsequipment manufacturing industry,the total factor productivity index of other sub-sectors showed an upward trend.Based on the analysis of the empirical results,this paper summarizes and summarizes the corresponding policy recommendations from the perspective of improving the innovation efficiency of electronic information manufacturing.In the stage of transformation and upgrading of electronic information manufacturing,I hope that the relevant strategies proposed by the paper can provide relevant help for the improvement of innovation efficiency in the industry.
