Due to the rapid development of economic globalization and social informatization,especially the popularity of mobile Internet,the market of e-commerce industry is booming at an unprecedented speed.For e-commerce enterprises,order processing efficiency in warehouse will restrict the speed of logistics distribution and determine the final logistics cost.As one of the market leaders of household chemicals in China,how to improve the efficiency of order processing in warehouse has become the main consideration of Company A when it sells daily chemicals through e-commerce channels,facing the increasing order volume.This paper investigates and analyses the situation of order processing of A company,combs the current process of order processing of sowing method in Chongqing E-commerce warehouse of A company,and finds that there are some problems such as insufficient sowing and checking operation,unstable demand for orders and high error rate of order processing,and further analyses and draws a conclusion.The reasons for the above problems include: 1.Workbench configuration is judged by experience and lacks scientific theoretical basis.2.Frequent change for E-commerce promotion.3.Warehouse operators are not proficient in operation.In this paper,literature research,case analysis,theoretical analysis and empirical research are combined to study the above problems.Aiming at the problem of seeding and checking workbench configuration in order processing,this paper uses queuing theory tool to construct e-commerce order processing model.By determining the average arrival rate of order and average service rate of workbench,it calculates the operation index of order processing queuing system,and considers the lowest overall operation cost of warehouse.On the premise,the optimal number of seeding and review workbenches can be obtained to meet the needs of warehouse operations and minimize the total operating cost of order processing.In addition,by adjusting the rhythm of promotional activities and timer settings to adjust the order arrival rate,and strengthening the standard operating standards and skills training of warehouse to improve service rate,and according to historical sales and human resource data analysis to statistics the change of order arrival rate and service rate,and other methods to form dynamic factors under the sowing method order.The workbench configuration method of single processing system is helpful for warehouse managers to configure warehouse resources flexibly according to business conditions.This paper analyses and improves the problems existing in the order processing process of the sowing method in Chongqing warehouse of Company A,so as to achieve the effect of optimizing the allocation of sowing and checking workbenches,and to provide feasible solutions for Company A to efficiently complete the order processing operations,improve customer experience and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and to form an e-commerce bank.The research results have certain reference significance.
