The B2C e-commerce order usually has characteristics of small batches, multi-frequency and random. The e-commerce order is the data source of the logistics management, so the processing of the e-commerce order affects much on the efficiency and the cost of the logistics, which becomes a challenge and a difficult issue for logistics management in e-commerce environment. There are three components concerned in order real-time processing. The order real-time processing needs these components interact real-timely to satisfy the characteristics of the B2C e-commerce order.Focusing on the interaction of man-machine component, supplier selecting component and third party logistics selecting component, the interaction Multi-Agent system of e-commerce order processing is presented by applying the theories of Artificial Intelligence in this paper. The main research work is as follows:1. This paper has analyzed functional requirement of the system and the key issue on interaction of the components: interaction pattern, interaction status management and processing information differently.2. Based on the system analysis, the main frame of the e-commerce order processing system based on Multi-Agent has been proposed. The communication and interaction of the agents have been emphasized in this paper. The structures of the agents have also been designed. This paper has done research on the communication method which combines the blackboard and the message delivery and the interaction mode which takes Management Agent as the interactivity central of the e-commerce order processing interaction pattern.3. After designing the system, this paper has also developed an interacting Multi-Agent system of e-commerce order processing system based on with J2EE technology, and has reached a satisfied effect.The communication method presented in this paper which supports the interaction in e-commerce order real-time processing and the interaction pattern which takes the management agent as central has theory significance as well application value. Meanwhile, the interaction of order processing in this paper has some reference function to the study of similar problems. Furthermore, the realization of the system has improved the intelligent and real-time of order processing, and has great facilitation to the real-time processing of e-Commerce order and the development of e-Commerce logistics distribution.
