Development of Modern Technology, especially Information Technology,have madethe Manufacture Industry globalized. Competition regarding product variety, price, timeand service is reflected from the survival and development for the competitors. As themost important factor of making competitive advantage,“Time” means a company’sability to offer the product and service what are customers needed within a short time.Companies are paying more attention to process management. Many processes formedprior to strategic of incorporation. Therefore lead to Bottlenecks in the operation in acomplex environment to solve problems and respond to the customer and marketquickly. Business process Re-engineering Theory (BPR) is one way to improve businessperformance and competitiveness.The essay as per the base of Theory of BPR is focused on L company improvements tofulfillment. Through analysis of fulfillment with key improvements to select idealsub-processes, discover (overlap and delay in delivery cycle) inhibitions to achieve ontime delivery rate.Firstly, the analysis of L company’s situation identifies lower on-time delivery rate withincreasing customer complaints and decline of customer satisfaction. Secondly, LCompany wants competitive advantage via fulfillment excellence. According to theanalysis, three key processes are identified: order review process, the lack of materialapplication process and logistics. In accordance with the20/80theory (Plato) to find themain problem and use causal analysis (fishbone diagram) for further analysis of the rootcauses. And then, use ECRS analysis with removal of redundant activities andintegration to speed processing. Thirdly, information sharing platform is established foreffective communication between departments. Finally, analyzing the result afteroptimization to verify the effects (achieve fulfillment).As the process is very helpful for company’s development and survival, the analysis ofL Company’s fulfillment will be good sample to be applied for solving the similarproblem what other manufacture’s encountered in daily operations.
