Pucheng Tianzi Fruit and Vegetable Processing Enterprise is a newly developed fruit and vegetable processing enterprise based on the form of rural cooperatives whose products has been exported to overseas markets,such as Germany and Russia and domestic markets such as Shaanxi Shanghai etc,which is based on good raw material and advanced technology.However,during the high speed and large scale of the company,some problems are coming out.However,the contradiction between the original market model based solely on its own product system and the concept of customer experience in modern marketing has gradually become an important issue restricting the company's continued development.This paper is based on the actual situation of the enterprise,collects and collates the actual information needed,and combines the relevant theory of customer satisfaction research of food enterprises,systematically studies the customer satisfaction problems faced by Pucheng Tianzi Fruit and Vegetable Co.,Ltd.We start from the enterprise's own product concept and development planning,take customer satisfaction as the orientation,analyze the existing product system and market of enterprises,measure the weight of each index through questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process,and then determine the evaluation index system of customer satisfaction.Through questionnaire and comprehensive evaluation method,the overall situation of customer satisfaction of Pucheng Tianzi Fruit and Vegetable Company was empirically analyzed.Finally,we'll put forward specific countermeasures and measures on Pucheng Tianzi Fruit and Vegetable Company's product quality control and service combined with the evaluation of customer satisfaction.Finally,the countermeasures put forward in this paper have been taken seriously by the management of Pucheng Tianzi Fruit and Vegetable Company.The company began to gradually strengthen customer product experience awareness and set up special posts to improve the development of product customer satisfaction,further rationally design the company's product system,and improve the proportion of customer experience in various aspects of the company's marketing links.Through this study,it also provides some reference and opinions on the improvement of customer satisfaction in the same industry.
