In recent years,China's pesticide industry has continued to deepen reform and dynamic adjustment,and the market supply and demand structure has been constantly changing.Affected by rising global food prices,rising prices of upstream basic chemical raw materials,and pushing up the prices of pesticide intermediates,resulting in an overall increase in pesticide prices,coupled with the management of the new policy,the environmental pressure and the deepening of the structural reform of the agricultural supply side,the pesticide industry The structure speed adjustment,pesticide industry transfer and mergers and reorganizations between enterprises are obvious,and the price of pesticide products has also increased.The industry should take the structural reform of agricultural supply side as the main line,realize the innovation-driven development and green development strategy,effectively promote the supply and demand relationship and supply structure optimization,and steadily promote industrial upgrading,so as to promote the high-quality development of China's pesticide industry to a new level.Through the use of marketing analysis tools,this paper deeply studies the current situation of marketing strategy of pesticide products of Wujiang Agricultural Materials Co.,Ltd.,focusing on the marketing theories such as STP and 4P marketing strategy combination,combined with PEST analysis model,Porter's five-force model and SWOT strategy analysis model.Research on the marketing strategy of the company's pesticide products in the regional market.Under the premise of promoting the use of pesticides in the country,from the four aspects of product,price,channel and promotion,this paper proposes a targeted and oriented improvement proposal for the regional marketing strategy of pesticide products of Wujiang Agricultural Materials Co.,Ltd.,and proposes the following safeguard measures: First,increase the promotion of green pesticide technology;second,focus on customer management,improve customer satisfaction and loyalty;third,use Internet thinking to enhance corporate service awareness;Fourth,implement diversified and differentiated marketing;Fifth,pay attention to big data assets and focus on data marketing.
