The Research On Supervision On The Government Investment Project In Ecotourism Resort In Western Suzhou

Government investment project is referred to as a kind of investment on project construction,mainly for the public interest needs.It is not only a powerful guarantee for China to deepen comprehensive reforms and promote the transformation and upgrading of the national economy,but also plays an important role in promoting the coordinated development of social economy and social development.Under the new economic situation,China's effective supervision of government investment projects is gradually being explored.However,the construction period of government investment projects will usually be very long.Various problems will arise in the decision-making,construction,implementation,and maintenance of the project.To a certain extent,it has affected the local economic development.Therefore,it is necessary to further improve and optimize the government's supervision of investment projects.Based on the current domestic and foreign government investment project supervision research,this paper uses the literature research method,comparative analysis method,investigation method and other methods to apply the new public management theory from the related concepts and background of government investment project supervision.The theory of principal-agent and multi-center governance theory focuses on the analysis of the supervision and problems of various aspects of the government investment projects of Ecotourism Resort in Western Suzhou.Through interviews and symposium research,the status quo of the supervision work of the government investment project of Ecotourism Resort in Western Suzhou was summarized.The main problems include: insufficient scientific basis for decision-making in the early stage of the project;lack of cooperation among the relevant departments of the project;Need to be improved;public participation in government projects is not high.Furthermore,the causes of the problems are summarized and summarized.Based on the advanced experience of developed countries and regions,combined with the actual situation and local characteristics of Ecotourism Resort in Western Suzhou,the scheme design and argumentation are carried out,and finally the perfect resort area is proposed.Specific countermeasures and suggestions for the supervision of government investment projects include: constructing scientific project supervision concepts;implementing regulatory norms;improving regulatory efficiency;and improving regulatory evaluation.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,the supervision work of government investment projects in resorts can be continuously improved,thereby improving the project supervision level,promoting the development of government project supervision,and providing some reference and reference for related research.
