With the continuous development of social economy,urban construction needs to be constantly updated and improved.Housing expropriation is an important way to obtain land resources,update urban appearance,improve the transportation network,and improve the quality of public life.As a core of the collection work,housing expropriation and compensation in recent years,it has received more and more attention from the public,and the disputes and contradictions caused by it have also become prominent social problems.Judging from the current situation of compensation for housing expropriation in D City,problems such as compensation standards,compensation scope,evaluation mechanism,and supporting systems are urgently needed to be solved.Through the improvement of the relevant policy system for housing expropriation,the collection work will be carried out smoothly.This paper first analyzes the current situation of house expropriation and compensation on state-owned land in D city based on the actual work of house expropriation and compensation in D city.Through questionnaires and in-depth interviews,supplement and summarize the main problems in the current compensation work.The main problems are mainly due to the fact that the people who are levied have a heavy psychological burden,are dissatisfied with the compensation standard,do not agree with the evaluation value,and have many times of petition appeals,and the channels are not smooth,which has affected the progress of the D-city housing expropriation and compensation work,and the reasons for the main problems were analyzed in depth.Secondly,according to the advanced theory related to house expropriation and compensation,through learning from the advanced experience of domestic and foreign,summed up the practices that can be borrowed from the D-city house expropriation and compensation work,and then optimized the house expropriation and compensation work in D city.Finally,through the study of the compensation work for houses in the whole country and D city,on the basis of the principle of “compensation according to law,fair compensation,democratic decision-making,proper procedure,material compensation and spiritual compensation”,We will improve the information disclosure management,strengthen the collection of organizational leadership,improve the ability to collect business,establish compensation mechanism,and strengthen financial security,the safeguard measures for the D-city house expropriation and compensation optimization plan are proposed,which promotes the improvement of the D-city house expropriation and compensation work,and better promotes the smooth implementation of the house expropriation and compensation work.
