In recent years,with the development of domestic economy and strengthening of residents' purchasing power,chain enterprises are developing rapidly in China and becoming an important business part.At the same time,chain enterprises are diversified evidently.More and more industries attempt to conduct chain management,in order to expand the business and increase market sharing.The industry report of chain enterprises revealed that the policies stimulating domestic demand,promoting consumption,and supporting circulation business provided precious chances and opportunities for the development of chain enterprises.Meanwhile,with the increasement of urbanization and personal incomes,chain enterprises will have promising future.However,chain enterprises also face intense competition as a result of increase of numbers of chain enterprises and entry of foreign chain enterprises.Moreover,under the pressure of electronic business and other new C2 C business model,real chain enterprises are facing more and more challenges.Hence,only innovation can help chain enterprises to deal with the challenges,gain competitive strength,keep developing,tap unused resources and possess high expectation.Researches and experiences from firstclass international chain enterprises indicate that,management based on culture can make employees fulfill assignments,which further more strengthen their belongingness and sense of identity.This research pay attention to the important of organizational culture and employees innovation on organizational performance,and based on which we conduct studies.The study chooses employees of growing chain enterprises as research objects,and research the impacts of organizational culture on employee innovation with considering psychological capital as the mediating variable.Meanwhile,utilizing the CVF organizational culture model built by Quinn&Cameron in 1998,this research classifies organizational cultures in religious type,vigor type,market type and hierarchy type.Moreover,as scholars all over the world are paying more and more attention to psychological capital which is a positive mental state,this research take psychological as mediating variable and researches its mediating role on organizational culture and employee innovation.The model was empirically examined using survey data collected from 135 samples.Method of Partial Least Squares(PLS)was used to analyze the data.Results show that organizational culture has remarkable effect on employee innovations,among which vigor type and market type organizational culture have positive effects and religious type organizational culture has negative effect;psychological capital also has remarkable positive effect on employee innovations,among which self-efficacy,hope,optimism and recovery ability all have positive effects;psychological capital plays partial mediating role in organizational culture's positive effect on employee innovations.
