Research On Innovation Strategy Of Enterprise Technology Based On Industrial Environment

Along with the globalization of science and technology and the vigorous development of the knowledge economy,the innovation capability of high-tech enterprises has become an important indicator to measure the comprehensive competitiveness of a country and region.In recent years,with the rapid development of high technology,the continuity and complexity of innovation have gradually increased,the development cycle of high-tech and products has become shorter and shorter,the cost and risk of innovation have increased substantially,and the complexity and diversity of the innovation environment have become more diverse.The development of high-tech enterprises has been unprecedentedly competitive and challenging.Therefore,for high-tech enterprises to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises that are compatible with the industrial environment,enhance the ability and level of technological innovation,and scientifically formulate appropriate technological innovation strategies,which have great practical significance for the development of high-tech enterprises.Value and meaning.In view of this,based on the refinement of the main concepts and the review of relevant research results at home and abroad,the thesis first discusses the status quo and challenges of the cultivation of technological innovation capabilities of China's science and technology enterprises,and believes that there are more “innovations” among some science and technology enterprises in China at this stage.Issues such as the need to improve capacity,the lack of innovation management,and the single source of innovative financing need to further clarify the influencing factors of enterprise technology innovation and clarify the connotation of the life cycle.Then,with the help of the enterprise's macro-environment analysis method,industry environmental analysis method and enterprise micro-condition analysis method,the impact of industrial environment on the formulation of enterprise innovation strategy is systematically demonstrated,and it is pointed out that these effects will appear in the formulation of enterprise strategy..Based on the above theoretical analysis,an in-depth case study was conducted for Company A.The company's research shows that although its technological innovation has made great breakthroughs in recent years,it has also played an important role in the company's sustainable development.However,due to the complex environmental factors of the industry in which the company is located,the technical level is high,and the product is updated quickly.It also has stricter and stricter requirements for the company's technological innovation management,and its technological innovation strategy needs to be further improved.Through the introduction of the industrial environment in which A company is located,as well as the overall status of internal factors and external technological innovation conditions,based on the relevant theories of technological innovation,the relevant environmental and conditional analysis methods are comprehensively used to analyze and discuss the company's technological innovation.The external environment and internal conditions explored the basic principles and basis for the company's technological innovation strategy selection,and proposed a feasible solution to help the company's technology innovation strategy.Finally,from three aspects of human resources,financial resources and technological resources,this paper discusses the implementation plan of local innovation of Company A adapting to the changes of industrial environment.At the same time,around the topics of learning mechanism,employee participation incentive mechanism,enterprise culture construction,enterprise management system innovation and so on,further put forward the idea of resource allocation to realize enterprise local innovation,in order to have a positive impact on the implementation of technological innovation and enterprise development of the company.
