Research On Industrial Technology Innovation From The Viewpoint Of Technological Regimes

In recent years, with the global scientific and technological revolution and the rapid development of increasingly fierce international competition, technological innovation becomes more and more decisive in industrial development and economic growth. Combining science and technology with economy to strengthen independent innovation and promote industry technological advance has become an urgent task and a crucial aspect.After summarizing the literatures and other research results in the field of industrial technological innovation, it is found that technological regimes describe the technical characteristics of economic activity and the learning process of innovation. It provides a new analytical framework for the analysis and interpretation of different differences in industrial innovation process. At present, the research on industrial technology innovation activities from the perspective of technological regimes is still in its initial stage, especially weak in domestic research. Therefore, as a starting point of this thesis, this dissertation focuses on the research of industry characteristics and patterns of technological innovation under the framework of technological regimes to provide both theoretical basis and practical experience. The main content of the thesis includes:Firstly, summarize and introduce the technological regimes theory, which is helpful for the further research on industrial technology innovation from the viewpoint of technological regimes.Secondly, define the dimensions of technology and industrial technology innovation activity to provide the theoretical foundation for the research of this thesis.Thirdly, put forward the conceptual model and theoretical assumptions, collect data from Tianjin manufacturing industry, use the method of multiple regression analysis to the verify the existence of technological regimes'influence on industry innovation activity.Fourthly, after the verification on the existence of technological regimes'influence on industry innovation activity, divide the Tianjin manufacturing industry into different classes based on different characteristics of technological regimes, use the method of multiple nominal logistic regression analysis to test the rationality of the division, then analyze the characteristics of different industries under different technological regimes. Lastly, put forward the proposals of enhancing the innovation level of Tianjin manufacturing industry based on its status quo of innovation, technical characteristics and characteristics of innovation.
