Study On Elevator Safety Supervision In Ningde City

In the process of urbanization in China,there are more and more high buildings,and people have higher and higher requirements for a better life.In his report to the19 th national congress of the communist party of China,Comrade Xi Jinping stressed the need to foster the concept of safe development,carry forward the idea of putting life first and safety first,improve the public safety system,improve the responsibility system for work safety,resolutely curb serious and major accidents,and enhance our capacity for disaster prevention,reduction and relief.The importance of elevators in urban construction and people's life has become increasingly prominent.The rapid economic development of Ningde has also brought about a sharp increase in the number of elevators,and higher requirements have been put forward for the safety supervision of elevators in Ningde.In order to improve the level of elevator safety supervision in Ningde city and establish a more reasonable and effective supervision model,this paper analyzes the current situation of elevator safety supervision in Ningde based on the actual situation of Ningde and the method of literature review and research,and explores its causes.The investigation and study showed that the Ningde elevatorsafety accident is zero.Because the job of regulators in the form of a single evaluation way,in 2015 and 2018 experiencein stitutional reform continuously,maintenance market malignant competition,lack of elevator safety supervision and government coordination mechanism,there are some serious problems in elevator safety supervision in Ningde,such as the three-without lift of the elevator safety regulation are more serious,the lack of subject responsibility awareness of the user,the weak supervision ability of elevator maintenance units.In order to solve the existing problems of elevator safety supervision in Ningde better,this paper draws on the experience of elevator safety supervision reform in Guangdong Province and the advanced practice of elevator safety supervision in Zhejiang Province,and puts forward suggestions to improve the supervision of elevator safety in Ningde.First,improve the elevator safety supervision personnel business level and supervisionefficiency.Second,to establish a long-term mechanism of elevator safety supervision in Ningde.Third,to create a more reasonable elevator safety supervision mode;Fourth,to mobilize the people to jointly supervise the safe operation of the elevator.
