Research On The Elevator Installation Project Safety Management Improvement In XZZ Company

In recent years,Chinese real estate develops rapidly.The elevator as the indispensable element in today's real estate,the demand increases every year.On the basis of the related data display,the number of Chinese elevator installation will continue to remain high level,however,various kinds of elevator safety accidents occur repeatedly and have no obvious improvement,bringing serious test to the safety management work of elevator installation project,it needs to be improved urgently.In this thesis,through introducing basic knowledge and the representative XZZ company of the elevator installation project,identify the problems of the elevator installation project safety management in XZZ company,analyze these problems,put forward suggestions and measures,establish control countermeasures,difficulty,and related responsible.Combined with the related theory of the elevator installation project safety management,source of danger identification and safety evaluation,in this paper,put forward the suitable method of source of danger identification for the elevator installation project to XZZ company,rearrange and classify the source of danger,and put forward the preliminary control measures,and then use the ESP safety evaluation method to establish safety evaluation model of the elevator installation project.Put forward the suitable improvement method of the elevator installation project safety management to XZZ company: exquisite management system,build a safety management evaluation system,improve the reward policy,improve the system of punishment,shape and cultivate the safety culture,make the management regulations for the safety inspection by the manager,launch the control procedures of installation process,formulate the management scheme of high risk level,and carry out in batches.Through the effective execution from top to bottom,promote the comprehensive safety performance of the staff/subcontract staff,provide theoretical basis for the management planning to each elevator installation project,provide references for improving installation project safety management level to each elevator company,enhance safety consciousness of the staff/subcontract staff and improve intrinsically safe of the elevator installation project.
