Research On The "regional Revitalization" Model Of Japan's Multiple Subjects

Far from the three metropolitan areas,"places" in Japan have been facing serious social realities such as industrial recession,population loss and deterioration of living environment for years."places shrinking" has made Japan's economic and social development face numerous obstacles,it's hard to combine forces.In recent years,the Japanese government has taken the "revitalization of the local" as an important measure to boost the economy,actively encouraging "local creation" and taking the revitalization of "local" industries as the center,under the General Environment of insufficient liquidity and internal involution in the domestic economy,try to stimulate the local vitality outside the three metropolitan areas through the different policies.Japan has put forward the policy of "establishing the country by sightseeing" since the 21 st century.This policy aims to combine "sightseeing" with the basic national policy,and finally formulated and implemented the Basic Law of promoting the establishment of the country by sightseeing in January 2007,including the number of foreign visitors to Japan and consumption targets,and on this basis in June of the same year,the development of the "basic plan to promote national tourism," since then the research has also come on.As all parts of Japan hope to form a stable local industrial structure with the characteristics of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries driven by the tourism industry,and realize the common revitalization of the local and metropolitan areas,therefore,the "regional revitalization" of the tourism industry is the focus of Japan's "regional revitalization" study and become an important part of Japan's economic industry.In this context,Kanazawa's approach of promoting the revitalization of the tourism industry through the joint participation and coordination of multiple subjects is very representative,and to a certain extent,it has indeed promoted the regional activation of the region,it is of great research value.This paper focuses on the "regional revitalization" of the tourism industry in Kanazawa,Ishikawa Prefecture.First,the concept of "regional revitalization" is defined,and the current situation of "regional revitalization" in Japan is analyzed,secondly,it briefly describes the general situation of Kanazawa and the development of Kanazawa's tourism industry,the position and role of Kanazawa government,Kanazawa Travel Industry Association,Representative NGO and NPO in Kanazawa are expounded in this paper,this paper makes acomprehensive analysis of the main responsibilities and roles of the main players in the process of local revitalization through the tourism industry in Kanazawa,and finally evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of this regional revitalization model,which centers on the tourism industry and involves many players,by comparing the similarities between Chinese cities and Kanazawa,we hope to bring some suggestions to the local revitalization and local industry activation in China.
