In this era,job transformation and turnover have become a common phenomenon,and employees often need to change jobs in different organizations.Such job instability makes employees have to pay active attention to their career growth.At the same time,employee career growth plays an important role in promoting employees' organizational commitment,reducing turnover intention or stimulating employees' pro-organizational behavior.Therefore,the research of employee career growth has attracted wide attention from scholars.Previous studies have shown that leadership is an important factor affecting employee career growth.Therefore,as an emerging leadership style,the influence of inclusive leadership on the career growth of employees has been widely concerned by scholars.Although scholars have studied the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee career growth,the research on its mechanism is still lacking.Based on the Conservation of Resources Theory Social Information and Processing Theory,this paper discusses the influence of inclusive leadership on employee career growth and its mechanism.This paper firstly verified the positive effect of inclusive leadership on employee career growth,and then took the ambidexterity learning and error management climate as the mediating variables to study the mechanism of the effect of inclusive leadership on employee career growth.Therefore,this paper further clarifies the function mechanism of inclusive leadership on employee career growth.This paper collected data through questionnaire survey,and then analyzed the data with SPSS24.0 and AMOS22.0 software,and reached the following research conclusions:(1)inclusive leadership has a positive impact on employee career growth;(2)the ambidexterity learning plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee career growth;(3)the error management climate plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee career growth.The significance of this study lies in: based on the verification of the influence of inclusive leadership on employee career growth,this paper further tested the mediating effect of ambidexterity learning and error management climate on the relationship between inclusive leadership and employees career growth,and enriched the research on the mechanism of inclusive leadership on employee career growth.In terms of management practice,the research conclusion of this paper shows that managers should pay attention to the cultivation of inclusive leadership style,actively guide employees to conduct ambidexterity learning,and create a good error management climate in the organization,which are of great significance to the career growth of enterprises and employees.
