With the development of global macroeconomic environment and sociocultural environment,human capital is the key factor for enterprises to maintain competitive advantage in the fierce competition market.Individual career growth is the basis of continuous growth and development of enterprises,so,How to speed up the growth rate of career in the organizational environment is a topic of great concern to scholars and business managers,Individual career growth is closely linked with the organizational environment.According to the theory of social learning,knowledge and experience can be gained by observing the learning process,which can enhance the ability and confidence of individual to face all kinds of situations as to contribute to the growth and development of individuals.As one of the environmental factors,Error management climate has impact on accumulation of Individual knowledge and experience also on enhance of ability and confidence of individuals to deal with things.But what is the impact of error management climate on employees' career growth?And how does the former affect the latter?These problems are lack of theoretical and empirical support.Therefore,combined with existing research literature,this study attempts start from organization factor:error management climate,which gain less concern in early.This paper analyzes and discusses the effect of error management climate on career growth of new generation employees,constructs a cross level mediating effect model of error management climate on career growth and professional competence,constructs a moderating effect model of error management climate on career growth and servant leadership.This paper gains 531 data by questionnaire,and use SPSS and AMOS software to analyze the reliability and validity of the data,and use HLM software to carry on multiple linear regression analysis.The results show:(1)error management atmosphere of organization level has a significant positive impact on employee career growth of individual level,error management climate has a significant positive impact on professional competency,professional competence has a significant positive impact on career growth;(2)professional competence plays an intermediary role in the influence of the error management climate on career growth;(3)error management climate has a significant positive impact on servant leader,servant leadership has a significant positive impact on career growth;(4)servant leadership plays a moderating role in the impact of the error management climate on career growth.The conclusion of this paper enriches cross level study of organizational level factors on individual level career growth,It also provides a new way for the management and development of the career growth of the new generation of employees.Finally,combined with the conclusions of this study,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the management of new generation employees.
