Research On St Park Service Improvement Based On Park Visitor Satisfaction

With the development of the times,China's urbanization process is accelerating,and the population density of the first tier cities is increasing.As an important natural ecological resource to meet people's daily recreation needs,the park green space in the city not only maintains the ecological balance,but also undertakes the service functions of providing recreational nature,entertainment and fitness,and relieving pressure for urban residents.The park has also become a part of people's healthy life.Therefore,the service ability and maintenance quality of urban park green space is very important for people.In this context,the urban landscape service industry has also been vigorously developed.In addition to the industry environment,it is very important for the park to carry out detailed investigation and Research on tourists in order to effectively meet the service objects.This paper takes the service capacity of St Park as the research object,and analyzes the current industry environment of the professional service unit of St park.On this basis,based on the theory of service experience gap,a satisfaction questionnaire is designed for park visitors' expectation and service experience.After the questionnaire was released,316 copies were recovered.In the questionnaire data analysis,through the analysis of visitors' Park frequency,we found the tourists' different habits and common needs.After that,using SPSS to analyze IPA(importance of satisfaction),the order of the current park service projects to be improved is listed.According to this,this paper summarizes the research conclusions and service improvement suggestions as follows.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The research on the current situation of industry environment shows that: Shanghai citizens generally tend to visit the park on weekends and holidays.The population density is the main factor that affects the park recreation heat.At present,the industry authorities rely on the civilization index to evaluate the service quality of the park.In the study of competitive places near St Park,one free comprehensive park has more tourists and steady flow,while the other is a toll Park,which relies on theme activities to attract tourists.On the other hand,the digital service capacity of St park is slightly insufficient.(2)Satisfaction questionnaire research shows that: the satisfaction of respondents to st park is 4.18 points,with high satisfaction.87.03% of respondents said they would often go to st Park in the future,with high loyalty.The difference of sample characteristics such as occupation,income,hobby and distance of tourists will affect the demand,habit and satisfaction of tourists.According to the frequency analysis of the respondents,the background and needs of the people who visit the park every day are different from those of other groups.The majority of them are retirees and freelancers,and their fitness needs are greater than the pressure relief needs.In contrast,their satisfaction with ST Park was the highest,with a score of 4.32.100% of these respondents said they would go often in the future.In addition,through IPA analysis of survey data,the health environment,rest facilities,business supporting facilities and green landscape of the park are the main factors affecting tourists' experience and satisfaction.At present,park free is an important factor to attract tourists,and the adjustment of Park charging strategy will have a greater impact on tourists' behavior.(3)Suggestions for improving service capacity: Based on the conclusions of industry research and field investigation,this paper suggests that park service units should improve the important elements affecting tourists' experience,such as health environment,recreational facilities,commercial service facilities,landscape layout,etc.Secondly,we should focus more on service innovation and develop the social service function of the park required by tourists.Thirdly,with reference to the industry norms,we should pay attention to the standardization of park staff services.Finally,the park management should pay attention to the improvement of online service ability and improve the digital service experience of tourists.The innovation and deficiency of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper explores the satisfaction survey based on the service gap model in public service places,hoping to improve the service level of park service team and professional service competitiveness based on the service experience gap of tourists.(2)Combined with the research on the influencing factors of tourists' behavior habits,this paper analyzes the service evaluation of the park by taking the frequency of tourists' visiting the park as the classification standard,and finds out the commonness and difference of service experience of different groups.According to the different needs of different groups of people,we use IPA analysis to optimize resource input.(3)The disadvantage of this paper is that the design of the questionnaire is not refined enough,the language is not popular enough,the options may not cover all factors;the age structure of the respondents is not balanced,and the sample number of the elderly is small.
