| As the era of mass tourism arrived, traditional tourism public service system could not meet the mass demand of personalized travelling of tourists. Smart tourism relies on high-tech intelligence technology and proactively provides ubiquitous information services to tourists so that it becomes inevitable choice to meet the specific needs of tourists. So, how to promote the building of tourism public service system through the development of smart tourism? Current researches ignored that the tourism public service system was affected by the interaction of multi-dimensional elements. Furthermore, existing researches still remain the theoretical analysis phase and lack of empirical evidence to support. In addition, as currently envisaged the development of smart tourism in Jiangsu province went ahead of other regions. Therefore, on the basis of predecessors’ research results the paper applied principal component analysis method, spatial econometric model and so on empirical research methods for quantitatively analyzing integrated level and geographical spatial distribution pattern and its cause on development of smart tourism and construction of tourism public service system, and impact on development of smart tourism to the construction of tourism public service system and its space differences about 13 cities of Jiangsu province.The main conclusion:level of smart tourism development and tourism public service system construction shown the regional unbalance development. Levels of tourism public service system construction and smart tourism development in the south of Jiangsu province were far ahead in the middle and north of Jiangsu province and levels of smart tourism development and tourism public service system construction in the north of Jiangsu province were the weakest. Moran’s I and LISA agglomeration figure presented that smart tourism development and tourism public service system construction existed positive space correlations and the spatial agglomeration trend. Getis-Ord Gi* shown that smart tourism development and tourism public service system construction among the city of Jiangsu province existed the diffusion effect, but its penetration was imbalance in the space level and presented the space distance attenuation law. SEM model regression analysis results indicated that the influence degree of the influence factors of tourism public service system construction from big to small respectively was the level of smart tourism development, industrial structure, the knowledge using index, economic development level, the level of urbanization. |
