Research On The Transformation And Upgrading Of China's Industrial Structure From The Perspective Of Consumption

China's economy is in an important stage of transformation from high-speed growth to high-quality development,and improving demand structure and optimizing industrial structure are the key to high-quality economic development.In this paper,from the perspective of the upgrading of the consumption structure of residents,the logical main line of the optimization and transformation of China's industrial structure is discussed.Based on multi-dimensional indicators,the upgrading index of industrial structure is constructed,which is divided into inter industry and intra industry,and the whole country is divided into eastern,central and western regions.The internal changes of the industrial structure of each region in China are discussed in detail and comprehensively,and in order to make the consumption end The measurement of structure is more accurate and scientific.The ELES model is used to test and determine the final choice of consumption structure measurement.Finally,based on the theoretical and empirical results,to further realize the upgrading of China's consumption structure and the optimization and transformation of industrial structure to provide corresponding policy recommendations,the main research contents and conclusions are as follows:The first part is to reveal the changes and current situation of consumption and industrial structure in China through statistical analysis of various indicators,with the following conclusions.First,although there is a large gap between urban and rural consumption due to the dual structure of urban and rural areas in China,the excessive gap between urban and rural consumption has been effectively curbed in recent years;second,through the ELES model,the demand income elasticity of eight categories of commodities is calculated,and it is found that the demand income elasticity of culture,education,entertainment,transportation,communication and health care is greater than that of rural areas or cities 1.Third,according to the proportion of the three industries in the national economy,the industrial structure of our country is changing from "two three one" to "three two one";fourth,with the development of economy,the labor force first transfers from the first industry to the second industry,but with the further development of economy,the labor force transfers to the third industry.The second part is a brief introduction to the classical theory of industrial structure by combing the evolution process,relevant characteristics and influencing factors of consumption structure.On the basis of the existing research results,the econometric model is constructed.This paper measures the influence of the change ofconsumption structure on the change of industrial structure.The empirical results show that: first,from the regression results of national samples,the upgrading of consumption structure has a positive and significant impact on the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure between industries.In terms of specific regions,the upgrading of consumption structure has a strong role in promoting the transformation of industrial structure in the central and western regions,but has no obvious role in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure in the eastern region;secondly,the upgrading of consumption structure has no obvious role in promoting the changes of internal structure levels of the second and third industries,while the selected control variables have a strong role in promoting the internal structure level of the second industry This change has different effects.The third part is based on the statistical analysis and empirical conclusions,put forward policy recommendations.First of all,according to the previous statistical analysis of the consumption structure of urban and rural residents,the following suggestions and measures are drawn: first,improve the disposable income of urban and rural residents,increase the consumption expenditure of urban and rural residents;second,improve the social security system,improve the consumption confidence of residents;third,expand the consumption field of urban residents,and constantly optimize the consumption structure of residents.Secondly,through the empirical conclusion analysis,the following suggestions and measures are put forward: first,based on their own regional differences,implement the differentiation policy;second,attach importance to human resource training,expand the degree of opening to the outside world,and promote the upgrading of the internal structure of the secondary industry.
