Study On The Impact Of Henan Residents' Consumption On The Adjustment Of Industrial Structure

Since China's reform and opening up,China's rapid economic development,people's income and consumption levels rising at the same time,the economic growth mode transformation into the critical period.However,the problem of unreasonable economic structure gradually prominent,the adjustment of industrial structure,transformation of the mode of economic growth become the urgent tasks of sustainable economic development in the new period.The state promotes the structural reform of the supply side in order to adapt to the changes in the structure of consumption demand in the new era.Henan province as a big province,economic aggregate ranked the top,However,the level of industrial structure is still "231",from the perspective of the evolution of the industry,is inferior to the national "321" industrial structure level.Since the "tenth five-year plan" of Henan province,and put forward according to current situation of low level of industry in our province,unreasonable structure,actively supporting the emerging pillar industry,accelerate the development of high and new technology industry,improve the market competitiveness.Now with the "13th Five-Year" start planning,industrial structure adjustment in Henan province has entered a new stage,put forward higher requirements: to speed up the transformation of old and new industry,strengthen the traditional industry upgrade,emerging industries two-wheel drive,promote the industrial structure to the high-end,build a modern industrial system.At present,Henan province has entered the stage of consumption leading,and as one of the "three drivers" of economic growth,consumption demand plays an important role in economic growth,consumption structure changes to promote industrial production changes by correlating the diffusion effect,thus affecting the industry structure,and reasonable industrial structure must adapt with the structure of consumer demand,to match consumer demand.Based on the interrelated theory of consumption structure and industrial structure,this paper studies the influence of the consumption structure change on the industrial structure change of Henan,which provides the suggestion for the adjustment of industrial structure.First,in the "tenth five-year plan" to the "12th five-year plan" three stages data,using linear extension expenditure model and grey forecasting methods to analyze the change of consumer demand and structure of Henan province,and describes the current situation of industrial structure,draw the conclusion: residents' consumption level unceasing enhancement,the consumption structure optimization,people pay more attention to development material consumption,such as transportation and communication,education and cultural entertainment,living,and new consumption hot spots gradually formed,but the level of the industrial structure of Henan province is relatively low,industrial structure still needs to be adjusted according to the trend of consumption changes.Secondly,by using the input-output table of the 42 sector of Henan province in 2012,quantitative analysis the impact of residents' consumption on the production of the industrial sector,the dependence of the industrial sector on consumption,etc.,the empirical study shows: the residents' consumption of Henan province have bigger production induced effects on the food and tobacco,chemical products,textile,leather and feather products,electricity,heat production and supply,coal mining,metal smelting and rolling processing industry products,.mainly concentrated in the second industry;health and social work,culture,sports and entertainment,gas production and supply,real estate,information transmission,software and information technology services,textiles,clothing,shoes,hats,leather and feather products,financial and other sectors of the dependence on residents' consumption is higher than 50%,in general,the third industry most dependent on consumer spending,and have a rising trend.Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,get the gist of the article: the consumption demand of residents will stimulate the production of industrial sectors through the diffusion effect of industrial sectors,ultimately influence the changes of industrial structure,stimulate consumer demand,optimize the consumption structure will spontaneously promote the adjustment of industrial structure,however,due to the differences in the diffusion effect of industrial sectors,making this adjustment has long-term joint and overall coordination.Therefore,the adjustment of industrial structure can not be separated from the policy support,the corresponding supply side reform is necessary.Finally,puts forward relevant policy suggestions: in order to adapt to the change of consumption demand in the new period,we should adjust the agricultural structure,develop the green ecological agriculture;we will adjust the internal structure of the food industry,the textile and clothing industry,and vigorously develop new industries such as durable consumer goods;combined with the situation in Henan Province,Actively develop tourism,transportation,finance,health care and other three industry sectors,to meet consumer demand.
