Corporate Knowledge-based Talent Flow Studies

Knowledge talented person as the holder of advanced knowledge, skills and experience, not only have high personal qualities, of strong autonomy, and stronger innovation, also has a more significant liquidity. Research on flow phenomenon and the mechanism enrich and improve the theory of the knowledge talented person's flow, guide the flow of the knowledge talented person in enterprise management is of great theoretical and practical significance.First, the article reviewed the knowledge talented person's connotation, the type, the characteristic as well as the correlation theories, and then summarized as behavior characteristics of knowledge talents person's flow of human capital investment and demand meet. Factors affecting the flow of the knowledge talented person summarized in ten, including the salary condition, corporate equity, autonomy, the monotony of work, working conditions, adaptation to the colleagues, leadership, employment opportunities, the promotion space and the flow's costs, and then analyzing of both positive and negative effects of the knowledge talented person's flow. The article in theoretical analysis's foundation proposed that the research supposition and constructs the round wheel model. By SPSS statistical analysis software for reliability analysis of questionnaire data, correlation and regression analysis, variance analysis, test and demonstration research on correctness of assumptions and flow model, finally draw the research conclusions: the salary condition, corporate equity, autonomy, working conditions, adaptation to the colleagues, leadership, the promotion space as well as the flow's costs have the remarkable negative influence to the knowledge talented person's flow tendency, the work monotony have the remarkable forward influence to the knowledge talented person's flow tendency.
