| The enterprise employee performance appraisal system is designed by the enterprise to evaluate the employee performance objectively and fairly.It is an important means for the enterprise to carry on the internal staff management and the incentive,and has the important significance to the enterprise organization management ability enhancement and the market competition ability enhancement.The system is composed of assessment system,assessment method and evaluation index,which is the basic tool for enterprises to consider their own organization and operation and the working status of employees.The paper mainly uses literature research,case analysis,questionnaire survey and quantitative analysis to analyze the performance appraisal of Jiefeng Network Engineering Company.The research contents and conclusions are as follows:First of all,with the help of questionnaire tools to complete the analysis of the current situation of employee performance appraisal in Jiefeng Network Engineering Company,and further think about the existing problems and the causes of the problems;secondly,based on the theory and method of performance appraisal,the system of employee performance appraisal in Jiefeng Network Engineering Company is systematically constructed,and the evaluation system of enterprises is constructed from two levels: middle management and grass-roots employees.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the index,content and weight of each appraisal system of Jiefeng Network Engineering Company,and some feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the application of relevant appraisal results.Improve the performance appraisal system and formulate the guarantee measures for Jie Feng network engineering company to implement the performance appraisal system.The research results of this paper are helpful for Jiefeng Network Engineering Company to improve the existing performance appraisal system,improve the staff management ability of the company,and provide some theoretical guidance for the subsequent market competitiveness promotion of the company. |
