| In recent years,China’s private education market has developed rapidly.Expanding education and training is a new direction of private education and training.However,most of the enterprises have not yet matured,their marketing management lacks scientific nature,and there is no unified standard system in the industry,and the overall marketing management system is not perfect.At present,there are fewer marketing management cases about Expansion Education and Training Company,and there is a lack of relevant experience.How to solve these problems is one of the urgent problems in theory and practice.This paper mainly uses descriptive and investigative methods to study the current marketing situation of R company.Combining with marketing strategy theory and marketing mix theory,it points out the practical problems existing in marketing management of R company and analyses their causes.Combining with the market environment of R company,it puts forward corresponding solutions,so as to tap potential customers.It is of great significance for the long-term development of R company to constantly improve the customer’s experience,break through the bottleneck problems faced by the company in its growth period,improve the competitiveness of R company in expanding the training industry,and make the company and customers win-win.This study puts forward some countermeasures for R company’s marketing problems.The marketing strategies and implementation schemes used in the study provide the latest case materials for the study of marketing theory of education and training enterprises in China.It can provide better schemes for the marketing of education and training enterprises and promote the development of education and training industry. |
