Research On The Optimization And Countermeasures Of Tax Service In Qingyuan Economic Development Zone Under The Background Of "Internet +"

Tax service is an activity which is taken out or planned by tax authorities through in the process of tax payment,in order to help taxpayers to fulfill their tax obligations and exercise relevant rights accurately and efficiently.It is a wide-ranging,systematic and comprehensive work which requires professional knowledge.In recent years,the Party Central Committee and the State Council have continued to promote the decentralization of power,the integration of management,and the optimization of service reform to develop in depth,effectively transform government functions,improve the efficiency,and to build a service-oriented government.The concept of "decentralization,administration,service" has also begun to be applied in the tax collection and management process.In the background of "Internet +",as an important pilot unit of Electronic Taxation service in Guangdong province,Qingyuan Economic Development Zone Taxation Bureau has been actively exploring in "Internet + Taxation".But at the same time,there are several problems and deficiencies in the combination of taxation service and "Internet+",which cannot fully meet the needs of the taxpayers in dealing with the taxation issues.Therefore,this paper concerns on three aspects: How is the combination of taxation service and"Internet+" in Qingyuan Economic Development Zone Taxation Bureau? What's the problem in it?How to improve the efficiency in combining the taxation service and"Internet+" in the future ?Combining with the theory of taxation compliance,taxpayer demand-oriented theory,tax service process re-engineering theory,differentiated taxpayer classification and hierarchical management theory,through literature research methods and quantitative analysis methods,this paper discusses the taxation service improvement of Qingyuan Economic Development Zone Taxatio n Bureau concerning on the successes and the outputs,the deficiencies and difficulties,then put forward specific suggestions toward the existing problems based on the background of "Internet +".
